Surf Trip Cancellation Policy

Full refund within 3 days of purchase.

After 3 days from purchase, strictly Non-Refundable.

If you cancel your reservation for any reason more than 30 days prior to the event start date then we will reimburse any payments made to us, as long as we are able to resell the spot(s) that we’ve been holding for you. The reimbursement will be in the form of a refund. We will retain a $300 admin fee, plus any credit card processing fees incurred, up to $250 (at actual cost).

If we are unable to resell the spot(s) we’ve been holding for you then we will not be able to reimburse any amount that you have paid to us.

If you cancel your reservation for any reason within 30 days of the start date then we will not be able to reimburse any amount that you have paid to us.

If you test positive for COVID within 3 days of the event start, we will not be able to permit you to join for the trip. You will not be eligible for a refund.

If the event has to be cancelled by us but due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. a natural disaster), XSWIMFIT LLC is not liable for any refunds or travel costs.

We cannot allow participants to surf if they are pregnant.
If you become pregnant between the time that you reserve and 30 days prior to the start date of the event, then we will not be able to reimburse you unless we can resell your spot as per our usual cancellation policy.
If you become pregnant within 30 days of your arrival date then we will not be able to reimburse any amount that you have paid to us.

Should you purchase Travel Insurance?
It is strongly advised that you always have travel insurance as it covers your costs in the event that you have to miss some, or all of your trip but are not eligible for a refund from us under our cancellation policy.

The most common reason for last minute cancellation’s are personal injury or a death in the family, so we advise that you check your insurer will cover you in these instances.

If the trip has to be cancelled by us but due to reasons beyond our control (like a natural disaster for example), XSWIMFIT LLC is not liable for any refunds or travel costs so it’s also important that your travel insurance should cover “operator cancellations”, which most standard policies do.
